As more and more Realtors start using this technology, home buyers will have an easier time choosing homes to view in person. It will be a lot easier to determine if the buyer likes the floor plan or not if they can actually see it online! This means showing your house less! A lot of buyers I take out to view homes don't even like half of the homes because of the floor plan and they picked those to go view!
Unfortunately due to agents not taking enough pictures, or having bad pictures, I end up taking clients to unnecessary homes that don't fit their needs because "you don't know until you show." Oh, the poor family that cleaned their home for me to show only for us to turn around and leave after the first room! If they were to see the floor plan online in a 3D model, there would be less homes to actually view in person before they found the home that best suits their family's needs.
