3D Imaging and Selling Your Home! Get TOP Dollar and SELL Faster!!!

3D imaging is revolutionizing the buying process. More buyers are interested in homes they can view in 3D models online and more out of state buyers and investors are even buying sight unseen using this technology!

So what does this mean as a seller?

Reach more potential buyers!

Sell your home faster!

Get top dollar for your home!

Show the home less often!

As more and more Realtors start using this technology, home buyers will have an easier time choosing homes to view in person. It will be a lot easier to determine if the buyer likes the floor plan or not if they can actually see it online! This means showing your house less! A lot of buyers I take out to view homes don't even like half of the homes because of the floor plan and they picked those to go view!

Unfortunately due to agents not taking enough pictures, or having bad pictures, I end up taking clients to unnecessary homes that don't fit their needs because "you don't know until you show." Oh, the poor family that cleaned their home for me to show only for us to turn around and leave after the first room! If they were to see the floor plan online in a 3D model, there would be less homes to actually view in person before they found the home that best suits their family's needs.

I believe this is the future and am proud to be part of the first to use this technology.

I provide a 3D scan and professional pictures with each one of my listings to get the home sold fast and for top dollar!

You can check out a model at http://bit.ly/sparksJK and navigate yourself or watch a quick video on how it works for 2 story homes.

Contact me today if you are in the market to buy or sell- I get results!

What's New in Maricopa?

Maricopa is seeing some new construction projects around the city and has residents asking "what's new in Maricopa?"

Besides new housing, Maricopa has 9 construction projects in the works including commercial buildings and road projects. Honeycutt Rd is seeing some improvements between Porter Rd and White and Parker. The construction has a completion date at the end of March.

The most noticeable project is next to the CVS. Maricopa Station, expected to be completed this summer, will be home to Chipotle, Jersey Mike's subs, Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steak Burgers and Starbucks.

Also being constructed is the new Sun Life Heath building, located at 44572 W Bowlin Rd. It will be next to the new Circle K.

40929 W Cowpath Rd is the location for the new Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. The project has a projected cost of 3 to 4 million dollars.

Police are looking to have more presence south of the train tracks with their new Copper Sky Police Substation, located off Bowlin Rd and Greythorn Dr. That project is expected to be completed in September.

Maricopa is looking to get its third McDonald's, located in the Wal-Mart parking lot off the Maricopa Casa Grande highway.

A Public Works and Fire Maintenance facility is estimated to be completed at the end of November and will be located at Edison and Roosevelt.

Edison Rd will extend its improvements from Roosevelt to State Route 238, still under review.

Smith-Enke Rd improvements from the Porter intersection and Chase to White and Parker are still under review as well.

With all the new construction and improvements, Maricopa hopes to please it's residents while keeping tax money in the city. The is an estimated 42 million dollars of lost revenue to surrounding cities because of lack of shopping in Maricopa.

Large companies are starting to look at Maricopa to put new stores as the population continues to rise close to 50,000 people. With large companies comes more jobs in the city which will relieve some of the traffic for those who commute.

I have lived in Maricopa since 2003 and have loved watching this town grow into a city. I am glad to be a part of the growing population as I find families homes to move into.

If you are considering a move to Maricopa, please contact me Josh Knicely at 480 330 0371. I would love to show you what my city has to offer. If you would like to see available properties on the market, check out www.MrKniceGuysHomes.com

3D Photography- "The New Virtual Tour"

New for 2015, the latest in 3D photography technology provides a virtual walkthrough, it's like you are there in person! What makes it different from virtual tours? Lets get into detail below.

Virtual tours were once thought to be the new wave in viewing and advertising homes. Basically you stick a camcorder in the middle of the room and scan in a circle. Or worse, a slideshow of the same still photos taken of the home. While this allows you to see each room in the house, it does not allow you to see the floor plan or layout of the home.

With this 3D technology, you are able to "walk' through the home as if you were there! Look at the ceiling, look at the floor if you want, or just walk the layout to get a feel for the home and if it works for your family.

This is going to revolutionize the way buyers look for homes. Imagine feeling like you are inside the home from your phone, tablet or desktop computer! Share it with your friends and family. Be anywhere in the world and look at the future home you will buy!

This new technology does come with a cost and unfortunately for sellers not all brokerages or real estate agents will have this technology. Fortunately for you, we have this technology!!! Being the only brokerage in Arizona with this technology, we can provide you the marketing your house needs to sell. I personally will provide this service for each of my clients that lists with me for FREE! No additional cost to you at all. It is my way of saying you are worth it and I will sell your home. Please see the link for my latest 3D model here

.

Please contact me, Josh Knicely, at 480-330-0371 if you would like to list your home and take advantage of this NEW TECHNOLOGY!!!

That is not all either! I can provide aerial photos and video of your home, property and surrounding neighborhood with our top of the line drone and HD camera. Along with extensive marketing and of course professional photos of your home, I get results!

Thank you,

Mr Knice Guy
