In my efforts to market listings, I like to use video whenever possible. I believe it brings more attention to the property, peaks buyers interests and gets more people to view the home. I generally incorporate drone footage and professional photography and well as different camera angles and transitions in order to make the video more appealing and to keep the buyers interests.

In this latest marketing video, I learned a thing or two about keeping the interest on the video and thus on the house for sale. In general I tell my clients to hide the evidence of pets, but learning from my own dog, that may not always be the right way. I can't take all the credit for this one, I have to credit my creatively intelligent Pomeranian, Cookie. Enough talk, let's watch the video!
